In our 10^th year, we have stood firm on setting a high standard based on voice of the customers. Our winning organizations have a clear customer experience strategy which drives their processes and structure, enabled by visionary leadership and technology.

The Best Practice Award2009 Presentation ceremony was held on November 11, 2009 at Harbour Grand Hong Kong. It was a full day packed with 24 round tables VIPs and Corporate Guests, and 11 expo tables with lots of best practice insights and ideas exchange to make a corporation more evolving in their organizational behavior, market leadership, more profitable and yet socially responsible in the business environment. This year's awards are presented to 11 companies from a range of industries including financial services, technology, transportation, construction, charity, manufacturing and retails. Our winners all share one thing in common; they have an active listening post which gathers feedback from their internal and external customers. And they use this information to add values on all aspects of their business.
