The Best Practice Award2009 Presentation ceremony was held on November 11, 2009 at Harbour Grand Hong Kong. It was a full day packed with 24 round tables VIPs and Corporate Guests, and 11 expo tables with lots of best practice insights and ideas exchange to make a corporation more evolving in their organizational behavior, market leadership, more profitable and yet socially responsible in the business environment. This year's awards are presented to 11 companies from a range of industries including financial services, technology, transportation, construction, charity, manufacturing and retails. Our winners all share one thing in common; they have an active listening post which gathers feedback from their internal and external customers. And they use this information to add values on all aspects of their business.
